These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of renewables.GE (the “Website”).
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. About renewables.GE
renewables.GE is an English-language media and information platform covering Georgia’s renewable energy sector, including projects, companies, markets, policy developments, solar energy, wind energy, hydropower and energy storage.
The Website may include editorial articles, interviews, company and project updates, reports, contributed materials, sponsored content and advertising.
2. Informational purpose
The content published on renewables.GE is provided for general information purposes.
Although we aim to publish clear and accurate information, content may be based on publicly available sources, statements from companies or institutions, interviews, press releases and materials submitted by third parties.
Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, investment, engineering or other professional advice. Readers should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions based on information published on the Website.
3. Editorial content
renewables.GE determines which topics and submissions are published and may edit content for accuracy, clarity, structure, style and length.
We may correct, update, clarify or remove published content where appropriate. Publication of a submission does not mean that renewables.GE endorses every statement, opinion, company, product, service or project mentioned in it.
Opinions expressed by interviewees, contributors or quoted persons belong to those individuals and do not necessarily represent the views of renewables.GE.
4. Sponsored content and advertising
The Website may contain sponsored articles, advertising banners, partner logos, section sponsorships and other paid commercial placements.
Sponsored or promotional content will be identified using labels such as Sponsored, Partner, Section Sponsor or similar wording.
Commercial support does not automatically guarantee publication, positive coverage or editorial endorsement. Sponsored materials remain subject to editorial, legal and technical review.
Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information, claims, logos, photographs and other materials they provide.
5. Submitting news and other materials
Users may submit press releases, project updates, company announcements, interview proposals, event information, reports, photographs and other materials through the Website or by email.
By submitting materials, you confirm that:

-
publication will not infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality or other third-party rights;
-
the materials are not unlawful, misleading, defamatory or harmful;
-
photographs, logos and documents may be used for the purpose for which they were submitted.
You grant renewables.GE a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to review, edit, reproduce, publish, translate, adapt and distribute submitted materials on the Website, its newsletters and social-media channels in connection with renewables.GE coverage.
Ownership of the original material remains with the relevant rights holder.
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may decline, edit, postpone or remove submitted content without an obligation to provide detailed reasons.
