EcoVille Georgia has completed a 610 kW solar power installation for Svanuri.
According to the company, the project includes 860 JA Solar modules. Each module has a capacity of 710 W.
In addition, EcoVille installed five Solis inverters. Each inverter has a rated capacity of 100 kW.
EcoVille says the system could generate about 750,000 kWh of electricity each year. As a result, Svanuri could reduce its electricity costs and use more on-site renewable energy.
Commercial solar continues to expand
The project adds new commercial solar capacity in Georgia.
Many businesses consume large amounts of electricity during the day. Therefore, on-site solar can help them reduce purchases from the grid.
Solar can also improve energy-cost predictability. However, each project has a different financial profile.
Several factors influence project performance. These include electricity demand, sunlight conditions, financing terms and market rules.
Meanwhile, EcoVille has not disclosed the project location or investment value. The company also did not provide the commissioning date.
In addition, the announcement does not state how much of Svanuri’s electricity demand the system will cover.
This article is based on an announcement by EcoVille Georgia. The company reported the capacity and generation figures.
